If you prefer, you can place your order over the phone by calling 1-800-575-3497 M-F (8-5pm) closed weekends and holidays. To expedite your call, please be sure to write down the brand, style, color, size and desired quantity prior to calling.

If you find any errors in your order confirmation email or need to cancel the order, follow the link provided in the email to re-access your order history. You will be able to cancel the order by clicking the "cancel" button at the bottom of the page. You must cancel your order by 2 a.m. the next business day. If the "cancel" button is unavailable, call a customer service representative at 1-800-575-3497.

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. We make every effort to ship within 5 business days (excluding holidays). Shipping and handling is $5, or free over $35.  No international orders are accepted at this time. To ship to separate addresses, you must complete separate orders.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your product please send it back and we will gladly replace it. If you have worn your product, please launder and securely package before returning. Indicate the reason you are returning the product and include your packing slip. Return postage cannot be reimbursed. If it is deemed you are due a refund, the credit will be posted to your credit card in 3-4 weeks. Send return to:
